Raticator devices are designed in such a way that not much can go wrong. However, as with everything in life there will be times that you may need support. Raticator has a great support team and they are waiting to assist you if you have any problems.

It’s important to realize that batteries are affected by low temperatures. During winter months when the temperature falls, battery power output can be decreased creating problems for some electrical devices. Always try to use your Raticator in as warm an environment as possible. If you do need to use it outside in the cold, keep it in the warm until you need to use it.

Rodents are usually more active at night, so keeping your Raticator inside during the day and then placing it outside at night may be the answer if you are experiencing problems with your Raticator working in low temperatures.
